Identifying the components of human resource productivity in Iran's Social Security Organization

Abstract
Undoubtedly, the appropriate environment of organizations in such a way that the management of human and material resources is properly evaluated and implemented will lead to productivity, and identifying of factors affecting productivity will allow managers to make a plan. To carry out appropriate and effective planning to empower and improve the organization’s performance with the approach of improving productivity. On the other hand, considering that service and insurance organizations play an important role in the progress or regression of these organizations as the important support of production organizations, improving their productivity can lead to the optimal performance of other organizations. Organizations lead. Based on this, in this research, we intend to identify and examine the components of human resource productivity in Iran's social security organization. The current research is of synthesis and qualitative type, in which the productivity components were first extracted according to the cited sources, and check and confirm them, a qualitative method with an interview tool was used. The statistical population of this research consists of managers and employees with at least 15 years of experience in the social security organization. The findings of this research showed that measuring the services provided, customer perception and satisfaction, m unwanted results, and efficiency are the 4 main components of human resource productivity in the social security organization.
