شناسایی عوامل موثر بر توانمندی معلمان تازه‌کار در روزهای اول مدرسه از دیدگاه معلمان دوره ابتدایی

چکیده

روز اول مدرسه یا کلاس - حتی چند دقیقه اول - معلم را می­سازد یا می­شکند. از این رو، روزهای آغازین سال تحصیلی در مدرسه، همیشه برای معلمان تازه­کار چالش­های خاص خود را به همراه دارد. معلمان موفق برای اولین روز مدرسه یک فیلمنامه یا برنامه آماده دارند چرا که کار و فعالیت انجام شده در روزهای اول مدرسه، موفقیت یا شکست معلم را در بقیه سال تحصیلی تعیین می­کند. از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل موثر بودن معلمان تازه کار در روزهای اول مدرسه از دیدگاه معلمان دوره ابتدایی بود. رویکرد این پژوهش استقرایی و از روش کیفی برای انجام آن استفاده شده­است. نوع پژوهش میدانی و از روش مطالعه پدیدارشناسی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش معلمان تازه کار دوره ابتدایی شهر تبریز بود که 31 نفر از معلمان با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش تجزیه و تحلیل محتوا به منظور طبقه­بندی داده­ها انجام شد. یافته­ها نشان داد که که 12 عامل در موثر بودن معلمان تازه کار تاثیر دارد که شامل نحوه ورود به کلاس، وضعیت ظاهری معلم، معرفی خود، توضیح شیوه ارزشیابی،  تعیین مقررات، ایجاد رابطه عاطفی و دوستانه، شناخت دانش­آموزان، استقبال از نظرات دانش­آموزان، طراحی مناسب دروس، انتظارات مثبت از دانش آموزان، دانش عمومی و دانش تخصصی می­باشد.

چکیده [English]

The first day of school or class - even the first few minutes - makes or breaks a teacher. Therefore, the first days of Academic year always bring their own challenges for new teachers. Successful teachers have a script or program ready for the first day of school because the work and activities done in the first days of school determine the success or failure of the teacher in the rest of the school year. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to identify the factors of the effectiveness of novice teachers in the first days of school from the perspective of primary school teachers. The approach of this research is inductive and a qualitative method was used to conduct it. The type of field research and phenomenological study method was used. The statistical population of the research was novice primary school teachers in Tabriz city, 31 teachers were selected by purposive sampling method. In this research, content analysis was done in order to classify the data. The findings showed that 12 factors have an effect on the effectiveness of novice teachers, which include the way of entering the classroom, the appearance of the teacher, self-introduction, explaining the evaluation method, determining the rules, creating an emotional and friendly relationship, getting to know the students, welcoming From the opinions of the students, appropriate design of courses, positive expectations from students, general knowledge and specialized knowledge.
