The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of workplace spirituality on employees' green behavior with a mediating role in environmental commitment and a moderating role in green human resource management. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and correlational in nature. In this study, 4 hypotheses were examined based on a conceptual model. The statistical population of the present study included experts and managers of the Agricultural Jihad Organization of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad provinces, totaling 652 people. Based on the Morgan table, the sample size was estimated to be 242 people. The data collection tool included a researcher-made questionnaire with 21 questions, which was approved based on face validity (based on the opinion of management professors), convergent validity and divergent validity, and reliability through Cronbach's alpha coefficient (above 70 percent) and composite reliability. SPSS20 and PLS software were used to analyze the data. The findings of this study indicate that the research hypotheses were confirmed through partial least squares and path analysis, as well as the appropriate fit of the research conceptual model.
