The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of implementing thoughtful leadership style on organizational resilience with the mediating role of cultural intelligence from the perspective of employees of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad National Bank branches. The statistical population includes all members of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad branches of the National Bank in the year (1400) in the number of (3) people and the sample size by simple random sampling method (178) people. The research method was correlational and the research collection tools included; Lyon Organizational Resilience Questionnaire (2001), Taheri and Taheri Reflection Leadership Questionnaire (1396), Ang and Earley Cultural Intelligence Questionnaire (2004). Data were analyzed using sperman correlation coefficient and multiple regression statistical methods. Findings of the study showed that there is a simple and multiple positive relationship between thoughtful leadership and resilience of career path mediated by cultural intelligence of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Bank Melli branch employees. Continuous conversation and feedback) from the variable of thoughtful leadership and components (strategy, knowledge, motivation) from the variable of cultural intelligence. There is a simple positive positive relationship. On the other hand, there is a significant relationship between the components (knowledge and motivation) The research is 0.05.
