With the expansion of information technology, virtual organization is one of the industrial requirements in the 21st century. Due to the influence and impact of technology on the production activities of the world and following the growth of communication technologies ,and the expansion of virtual and electronic organizations, virtual information, which forms a huge part of the development process of these organizations, is one of the important management issues. It is an organization. A virtual organization is an organization that has emerged for cooperation between multiple independent partners (organizations, people and information systems) that is done through the Internet and information technology with cooperation. By fully familiarizing employees with virtual space, the manager of a virtual organization can control and monitor all people in the space outside of the real work space. Now, the principles of the formation of organizations and how to manage them have been discussed, as well as a definition of the virtual organization and its types of models, as well as the way of human relations in virtual organizations have been examined. It has been fully explained.
