شناسایی آسیب‌ها و چالش‌های سیستم آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی در بانک ملی ایران

چکیده

تغییرات گسترده و متنوع در سازمان­ها و همچنین دگرگونی نیازهای مشتریان سبب شده­است که سازمان­ها برای حفظ و ارتقا جایگاه خود در فضای رقابتی، توانمندسازی و آموزش نیروی انسانی را به عنوان یک طرح موثر دنبال کنند و در این میان نظام آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی همواره با یک سری چالش­ها و آسیب­هایی مواجه است. بر این اساس در این پژوهش قصد داریم آسیب­ها و چالش­های سیستم آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی در بانک ملی ایران را شناسایی و بررسی کنیم. پژوهش حاضر، یک پژوهش فراترکیب (کیفی به کمی) است که در بخش کیفی، روش داده­بنیاد یا گراندد تئوری برای بررسی شرایط علی، مداخله­ای و زمینه­ای استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را تمامی متخصصان مدیریت و مدیران و کارکنان بانک ملی­ ایران تشکیل دادند که تعداد ده نفر به صورت نمونه­گیری هدفمند برای مصاحبه انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش، برای شناسایی و اولویت­بندی آسیب­ها از روش اسنادی برای داده­های پایه و ابزارمصاحبه برای بررسی نظر افراد نمونه استفاده شد. یافته­های این پژوهش نشان می­دهد که چهار مقوله نیازسنجی آموزشی، طراحی و برنامه ریزی آموزشی، اجرای آموزش و ارزشیابی آموزشی به عنوان مقوله های بعد فرایندی­ آسیب شناسی بانک ملی ­ایران مطرح هستند.

چکیده [English]

Extensive and diverse changes in organizations, and the transformation of customers' needs have caused organizations to follow the empowerment, and training of human resources as an effective plan toto maintain and improve their position in the competitive environment. In the meantime, the education system, and the development of human resources are always faced with a series of challenges and damages. Based on this, in this research, we intend to examine the damage to the educational system, and human resource development in Melli Bank of Iran. The current research is meta-composite research (qualitative to quantitative) used in the qualitative part, the data-based or grounded theory method to examine the causal, interventional and contextual conditions. The statistical population of the research was made up of all the management specialists’ managers and employees of Melli Bank of Iran, and ten people were selected for the interview through purposive sampling. In this research, to identify and prioritize injuries, a documentary method was used for basic data and an interview tool was used to examine the opinion of the sample. The findings of this research show that the four categories of educational needs assessment, educational design and planning, educational implementation, and educational evaluation are considered the categories of the pathological process of Melli Bank of Iran.
