شناسایی مولفه‌های بهره‌وری منابع انسانی در سازمان تامین اجتماعی ایران

چکیده

بی­شک محیط مناسب سازمان­ها به نحوی که مدیریت منابع انسانی و مادی به درستی ارزیابی و اجرایی شود، منجر به بهره وری خواهد شد و شناسایی عوامل موثر  بر بهره­وری به مدیران این امکان را می­دهد تا بتوانند یک برنامه­ریزی مناسب و موثری برای توانمندسازی و بهبود عملکرد سازمان با رویکرد ارتقا بهره­وری انجام دهند. از طرفی با توجه به اینکه سازمان­های خدماتی و بیمه­ای به عنوان پشتوانه مهم سازمان­های تولیدی، نقش مهمی در پیشرفت یا پسرفت این سازمان­ها ایفا می­کنند، بهبود بهره­وری آنها می­تواند به عملکرد بهینه سایر سازمان­ها منجر شود. بر این اساس در این پژوهش قصد داریم مولفه­های بهره­وری منابع انسانی در سازمان تامین اجتماعی ایران را شناسایی و بررسی کنیم. پژوهش حاضر از نوع سنتزپژوهی و کیفی است که در آن ابتدا مولفه­های بهره­وری با توجه به منابع استنادی استخراج شدند و به منظور بررسی و تایید آنها، از روش کیفی با ابزار مصاحبه استفاده شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را مدیران و کارکنان با حداقل 15 سال سابقه سازمان تامین اجتماعی تشکیل می­دهند. یافته­های این پژوهش نشان داد که اندازه­گیری خدمات ارائه شده، اندازه­گیری ادراک و رضایت مشتری، اندازه گیری نتایج ناخواسته، اندازه گیری میزان کارآیی، 4 مولفه اصلی بهره­وری منابع انسانی در سازمان تامین اجتماعی به شمار می­آیند.

Undoubtedly, the appropriate environment of organizations in such a way that the management of human and material resources is properly evaluated and implemented will lead to productivity, and identifying of factors affecting productivity will allow managers to make a plan. To carry out appropriate and effective planning to empower and improve the organization’s performance with the approach of improving productivity. On the other hand, considering that service and insurance organizations play an important role in the progress or regression of these organizations as the important support of production organizations, improving their productivity can lead to the optimal performance of other organizations. Organizations lead. Based on this, in this research, we intend to identify and examine the components of human resource productivity in Iran's social security organization. The current research is of synthesis and qualitative type, in which the productivity components were first extracted according to the cited sources, and check and confirm them, a qualitative method with an interview tool was used. The statistical population of this research consists of managers and employees with at least 15 years of experience in the social security organization. The findings of this research showed that measuring the services provided, customer perception and satisfaction, m unwanted results, and efficiency are the 4 main components of human resource productivity in the social security organization.
