The current research has investigated the relationship between human resource management and organizational behavior. This research tried to look at the literature of human resource management and organizational behavior from different angles. The type of research is descriptive-analytical and library (documentary) methods were used to collect information. The research findings showed that the improvement of human resource management relations is one of the most effective indicators of organizational behavior. So that their results show positive effects such as (interaction between organizations, increase in profitability and wealth between organizations, optimal distribution of resources, description of actions and achievement of desirable goals) between the actors of the organization. Therefore, the findings of the present study will be of great help to human resource management. First, it would be ideal to examine the views of managerial organizational behavior on various human resource practices. It provides more insights into the other side of the picture and helps organizations to be more effective in designing policies accordingly. Secondly, future researches to investigate the relationship between human resource practices and organizational behavior have been examined by various researches and they have a special emphasis on organizational behavior.
